Had the pleasure of having Seasons Best Sports Timing help out Washington Running Club with our annual Bottoms Up Cup 5k race.
Absolutely first class from the beginning to the end and will definitely be using again.
2.Ruth Walbank / Dearne Valley 10k
The team came and timed our charity run which was the very first one we had organised. They were simply fantastic.
Great at communicating before the race, helpful, professional and full of fab ideas.
On the day ran perfectly, our runners had a great experience and the results were posted within a few hours of the finish.
We could not have asked for a better run and service. Thanks so very much and would highly recommend!
3.Victoria Wilkinson / Sedbergh Hills Fell Race
Following Sedbergh Hills Fell Race I would like to speak highly of the dibbers used. Having spoke to many of the racers they reported no rubbing or discomfort, in fact they didnt even notice they were there. The 14mile race consisted of stream crossings, thick bracken, tussocks along with very sweaty legs on a warm day. The timing was faultless and we had no problem with the sensors being activated.
We didnt have a large field so for us this didnt cause an issue, but I would say the only snag with them is removing them from runners legs quickly in the finish funnel, marshals are best doing it as the runner is prone to cramping whilst bending to their ankles!!
Thanks to Andy for providing an excellent service. I do hope more races use his fantastic service.
4.Emma Brear / Nottingham Canal 5k
Seasons Best Sports Timing recently timed our Nottingham Canal 5k. They arrived early and got straight to work on getting everything set up. After the event we didn’t have a single timing enquiry. They were also really friendly not only with us but with the runners as well. Would definitely recommend and use again.
5.Stephen Symons / Blackleach Trail Race
Seasons Best timing came and timed Quays Running Club’s Blackleach Trail Racer recently. They arrived early had everything set up really quickly very well organised, really efficient. The timing chips were really easy to use. The start and finish banner worked really well, the results were sorted really quickly afterwards.
Would really recommend Season Best Timing, we will be using them again for our race on 2023.
6.Hannah Fulton / Harby Clockback 10k
We would like to thank Seasons Best for doing the timings on our Clockback 10K race in Harby last weekend.
They were brilliant, taking much of the weight off our shoulders. They turned up early, got everything set up quickly and efficiently, and made the whole event look very professional. A slight glitch in timings associated with the change from British Summer Time was promptly sorted by Andy. Andy was very calm and professional throughout the day and provided category result winners in a very efficient manner.

8.James Holloway / DonFaster 5k
Yesterday our club hosted a trial run of what we hope will be a much bigger 5K event next year.
Our needs were quite niche, because this was a club event vs a pre-registered race open to the public. As such, we had no idea how many club members would turn up on the day (particularly as it was raining very heavily beforehand!)
We got a great turnout! Fortunately, this was not a problem – Seasons Best were able to add runners easily as people arrived. The results were real-time and our runners were both surprised and happy to see them ready, online and waiting for them practically as they crossed the line!
In addition to the timing on the day, Andy (Director) had helped us get the course officially measured and certified.
The whole event was stress-free and we will look forward to working with them again.

Seasons Best timing came to us pre-race with an attractive proposition to time our race, the Stilton Stumble 10k www.stiltonstumble.com. As an experienced timing professional, Andy quickly established what was needed and provided the race bibs with our sponsors logos. On race day everything went smoothly with the start and finish, which were in separate locations, and the results were quickly online.

We used Seasons Best last weekend for the Orston Spring Dash. We have always done our own timing in the past but decided to leave it to the experts this time. We were delighted.
